The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Sydney Hydro Jet Cleaning’s website brings pressure cleaning, roof restoration, soft washing, sealing, mould and algae treatment, sandstone work, gutters and commercial cleaning into a shared structure. SoudCoh organised the range so the customer can start with the surface or the outcome they need to discuss.
The local Sydney context appears in the service introduction and area navigation. The site then gives services, specials, booking and common questions separate routes, allowing visitors to explore the offer before making contact.
The process content distinguishes high pressure, soft wash and treatment, with preparation of plants, drains and paintwork described before the cleaning stage. This is useful service information because different surfaces lead to different questions.
The site also separates cleaning from restoration and protection. Single-surface work, whole-property cleaning and maintenance have different scopes, so those distinctions help a visitor describe the job more accurately.
The website explains a sequence from sharing the surface and approximate size to receiving a written quote, preparing the property, completing the work and walking through the finish. That gives the enquiry a clear destination.
The specials page groups offers around combinations such as cleaning and sealing, roofs and gutters, and commercial work. It also places conditions alongside the offer, keeping the promotion connected to the scope rather than presenting an isolated headline.
The enquiry form asks for a mobile number, Sydney suburb, service and optional surface, size and condition details. This makes the request more useful than a generic contact form while leaving space for a visitor who is unsure how to describe the work.
The completed site connects service information, property details and the next conversation. It explains what a customer is arranging and gives them a practical way to ask for it.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
