The business
We built Lumex Cleaning a 29-page Sydney cleaning website: 12 service pages in three groups, prices by property type and a three-step quote form.
Lumex Cleaning is a Sydney cleaning business. Its work runs from regular and one-off house cleaning to deep cleans of kitchens, bathrooms and ovens, and property cleans for people moving out or selling. End of lease cleaning, backed by a bond-back guarantee, is a core service.
The brief
A cleaning customer usually knows two things: the kind of clean they need and the home it is for. The site had to show the whole range clearly, put prices in front of people early and make the quote quick to start, on a desktop or a phone. Sydney is served as a whole, so the site is organised by service and property type, with no suburb pages.
What we built
Twelve services in three groups
The Services menu and the home page sort the 12 services the same way. House Cleaning holds domestic, regular, recurring and one-off cleaning. Deep and Specialist holds deep house, bathroom, kitchen, spring, tile and grout, and oven cleaning. Property Cleaning holds end of lease and pre-sale cleaning. Every service has its own page, and every menu entry carries a one-line description.
Restyled service cards
The latest round of work restyled the service cards on the home page. Each card now pairs a photo with the service name, a starting-price tag, a one-line description and short feature tags, with an arrow through to the service page. Group headings show how many services each group holds, so a visitor can take in the whole range in one place before choosing.
Prices before the quote
The pricing page sets out price ranges by property type, with tabs for regular, deep or one-off, and end of lease cleans. Property types such as studio apartments, granny flats, apartments and units open into ranges by bedrooms and bathrooms, so a customer can see the likely range for their home before asking for a quote.
A quote form that asks one thing at a time
The quote form runs in three steps: the job, the place, then the customer's details. The first screen asks only which service is needed, with a progress bar across the top. The same form sits beside the home page headline and on its own quote page, with the phone number directly underneath it on the home page.
The work, shown in pairs
A before-and-after carousel on the home page shows cleaning results in pairs of photos, each labelled with the kind of clean, from an end of lease clean to an oven. Six guides, including a complete guide to end of lease cleaning, cover what renters and homeowners want to know before they book.
Built for phones
On a phone, the header shrinks to the logo and a menu button, and each page stacks into one column. Service pages put a large call button directly under the headline, and a call button floats in the bottom corner of the screen as the visitor scrolls. On the home page, the quote form moves below the headline and the quote button.
What it connects to
Every route through the site ends in one of two places: the quote form or a call. The Get Free Quote button sits in the desktop header of every page, and the phone number is one tap away on every page we checked.
We also run Google Ads for Lumex, focused on end of lease, bond and move-out cleaning. The Lumex Cleaning campaign case study covers that side of the work.
