Six ways to reach us. All of them go to a person.
One van or one hundred. First campaign ever, or a national rollout with a board asking questions. Everybody who calls us is chasing something a bit bigger than what they have got right now — and we could happily talk about that all day. We frequently do.
So pick whichever of these suits you. They all land in the same place, with a person on the other end. Let’s have a chat, make a plan, and have a crack at it. If you would rather arrive with a number in hand, work out what a lead is currently costing you first — it is the question the call opens with either way.

Ads run around the clock. People do not, so the schedules we set match these hours.
Tell us what you sell and who buys it.
The more you can tell us up front, the more useful the first call is. Your website matters most — we look at it before we reply, and half the answer is usually already on it. A site that is merely dated is rarely the reason the phone is quiet: the difference between an ugly site and a broken one is what we check for.
- Your details go to our own team, never to a lead broker.
- We read the enquiry and your site before anybody calls you.
- One reply, from a person. No weekly automated chasing.
- If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.

Get in touch
Only your name and phone number are required. Everything else shapes the first reply rather than gating it.
What happens next, honestly.
Nothing here is a sequence you get added to. The first thing anybody looks at is whether the enquiries you already get are being counted at all, which is its own short exercise — send yourself a test enquiry and follow it the whole way through before you take anybody’s dashboard at face value, ours included.
- Same day
Somebody reads it
Not an auto-responder deciding whether you are worth a call. A person on our team reads what you sent and looks up your business before replying.
- Within 1 business day
We get in touch
On whichever channel you used. If you asked for a specific time, we take that seriously — most discovery calls happen the same week.
- The call
Thirty to forty-five minutes
What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what has already been tried. We ask more than we talk, because the second half of the call depends on the first.
- After the call
A written read
What we found in your account, what it is costing you, and what we would do first. In plain English, and yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
- Only if it fits
A proposal with a real number
Scope, fee, the ad budget we think the market needs, and the terms in plain English. If paid media is not the right channel for you right now, we say so instead.
Four accounts. Four real numbers.
Before you call, this is the sort of thing we would be talking about. Every tile links to the full breakdown, including the spend behind it — and the Cleanetic account, which was brand new with no conversion history, is the closest of the four to a standing start.

Before you call us
Here is what everybody asks first.
Asked before the call.
Cost, response times, contracts, who owns the account, reporting, and what to have ready before we talk.
The first call is free and there is no deck.
Two separate numbers. Your ad spend goes to the platform, and what it needs to be depends on how competitive your market is and how many customers you want — the smallest companies we work with invest a minimum of A$3,000 a month, and our largest clients run multiple eight figures a month across paid channels. Our management fee is separate and scales with the work. The first call is free precisely so you get a real number for your situation before committing to anything.
Inside one business day, on whichever channel you used. Most discovery calls happen the same week. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, Melbourne time — a message sent outside those hours is read at the start of the next one, by a person rather than an automation.
No long-term lock-in. We would rather keep the work because it is producing than because a contract says you have to stay. What we do ask for is enough runway to be fair to the account — a campaign judged on its first ten days is being judged during the part where we are still cutting waste out of it. The terms are put in front of you in plain English before anything is signed.
We own and run the account, because the build is proprietary methodology refined across 250+ engagements — bidding architecture, negative-keyword libraries, audience stacks and conversion tracking. You get full-visibility reporting on performance and spend at all times, and on long-term marketing agreements ownership and handover options are available to discuss. You will never be in the dark about what is in the account or what it is doing.
We tell you, in the report, in plain English, and we change what we are doing. A campaign that is not producing gets restructured, repointed at a different set of searches, or stopped. If the honest answer is that paid media is not the right channel for your business right now, we would rather say so than keep billing you for it.
A fixed cadence, good news or bad. Each report covers what was spent, what it produced, what we changed and why, and what happens next — written in the language you use about your own business rather than platform jargon. Matched Word and PDF documents carry the same numbers and the same date, so there is never a question about which version is current.
Either. The form on this page reaches the same inbox as everything else, and the phone, WhatsApp and email details above are all answered during office hours. The booking link exists because some people would rather choose their own slot than wait for a reply — it is a convenience, not a gate.
Yes. We are Melbourne-based, at West Tower, Level 4/608 St Kilda Rd, and we run engagements across Australia, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand. Most work runs perfectly well remotely; where an on-site session genuinely helps, we arrange one. Time zones are agreed in the first conversation rather than assumed.
Yes. Shopping campaigns, product feeds, store analytics, lifecycle email and the measurement underneath all of it are in scope, alongside services businesses. If you sell products, Shopping usually runs alongside Search rather than instead of it, and the data decides where the budget goes.
Yes, and we strongly recommend a dedicated landing page rather than sending paid traffic to a homepage — the page has to answer the ad's promise in its first screen. If your site cannot do that yet, we build the page. Custom web applications and full websites are handled by our Technology division rather than bolted onto a media retainer.
Yes, and there is no deck. Thirty to forty-five minutes on what you sell, who buys it and what a customer is worth, then an honest read on what we would do first. You leave with that read whether or not you work with us. There is no obligation attached to it and nobody will chase you weekly afterwards.
Nothing mandatory, but three things make the call far more useful: roughly what a customer is worth to you, roughly what you are spending now, and access to your existing ad account if you have one. If you do not have any of those, say so — plenty of the businesses we start with are beginning from nothing at all.
Would rather read before you talk?
Fair enough. These are the pages people usually open before they get in touch.
- About SoudCohWho we are, where we came from, and the five divisions behind the marketing work.
- SoudCoh CompoundThe six stages every change on your account passes through, and the record you get at each one.
- Google AdsThe six campaign types, compared side by side, with what each one is actually good at.
- Lead generationEvery part of it rather than a single channel — the offer, the page, the follow-up and the tracking.
- Tracking and analyticsHow a phone call becomes a conversion. The first thing we check, and usually the first thing we fix.
- Work with usSixty seconds of questions and a tailored plan, if you would rather not book a call yet.
