Let’s see if we’re a fit.
Answer a few quick questions and we’ll come back with a plan built around your answers — no price list to pick from, no generic pitch decks, nothing charged, and a real person reads every answer before anybody calls you. Prefer to arrive with your own number? Work the monthly budget backwards from the jobs you want — the form asks the same question, just in words.

Tell us about your business
What industry are you in?
It decides which trade starter pack of negatives goes into your first campaigns, which ad angles we test first, and which benchmarks we read your account against. Pick the closest — “Other” is a real answer.
Four answers. One honest starting point.
Nothing on this page charges you, commits you or adds you to a sequence. It exists so the first conversation starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning — and if you are comparing us against other quotes, the three ways Australian agencies charge, and what each one does to your incentives is worth ten minutes before you compare anybody’s proposal, ours included.
Tell us your industry
Ten of them, and “other” is a real answer rather than a dead end. It decides which trade starter pack of negatives goes into your first campaigns, which ad angles we test first and which benchmarks we read your account against.
Answer four questions
What you have tried, whether Google Ads is running now, what a lead currently costs you, and roughly what you spend a month. Thirty seconds, and no question is a trick.
Get a starting point, not a quote
There is no price list to pick from — every engagement is custom-built. Your answers tell us where we would start and what shapes the scope. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed to.
Then a real conversation
A person reads your answers and your website before calling, then scopes the work with you. If what your answers point at is wrong for you, we say so — that happens often enough to be worth writing down.

Engagement figures describe SoudCoh's own book of work at the time of writing. Client results are from live accounts, written up in each case study — what those campaigns did, in those markets, at those budgets, not a forecast for yours.
No price list. Every engagement is custom-built.
Our management fees aren’t published. Every engagement is custom-built around your channels, markets and the volume of work you want — contact us and we’ll scope it with you. Your ad spend is a separate number that goes to the platform. To see roughly what a given daily spend buys first, forecast the clicks and enquiries a daily budget produces.
The channels
Google Search on its own, or Search alongside Meta, LinkedIn, SEO and retargeting. Every extra channel is its own build, its own tracking and its own weekly work.
Your services and locations
One service in one suburb is a different job from a dozen services across three cities — more campaigns, more landing pages and a bigger negative-keyword library to keep clean.
The volume you want — and can handle
How many enquiries you want each month, and how many your team can actually answer and quote. We size the account to your capacity, not past it.
Tracking and website
Whether conversion tracking, call tracking and landing pages need building first, or whether what you already have can be measured properly as it is.
A$5,000 a month
We recommend a minimum of A$5,000 a month in ad spend for most businesses — about A$165 a day. Below that, an account usually can’t gather enough enquiries to optimise properly.
Up to A$30,000 a day
The largest companies we work with currently invest up to A$30,000 a day in advertising, and enterprise programmes run above that.
Want to know what it would cost for your business? Contact us for packages — we build each one to fit, and put it in front of you in plain English before anything is signed. Or answer the four questions above and we’ll come back with where we would start.
However it is scoped, every engagement starts the same way.
SoudCoh Compound is how we run every ad account: a footing, six rungs and one engine, from the search you pay for to the job you win. A new engagement starts on these two. Campaigns are built paused, every change waits in our approval queue and is written to your change history, and the rest of the ladder and the things we refuse to do are published in full.

Before you fill anything in
Here is what everybody asks first.
Before you fill it in.
Cost, timing, contracts, who owns the account, what happens to your details, and whether the recommendation binds you to anything.
The first call is free and there is no deck.
Two separate numbers. Your ad spend goes to the platform, and we recommend a minimum of A$5,000 a month in ad spend for most businesses — about A$165 a day. The largest companies we work with currently invest up to A$30,000 a day in advertising, and enterprise programmes run above that. Our management fees aren't published. Every engagement is custom-built around your channels, markets and the volume of work you want — contact us and we'll scope it with you.
Search ads can produce calls and form submissions within hours of going live, because you are meeting demand that already exists rather than creating it. The first two to four weeks are an optimisation period while we read search terms daily and cut waste. Accounts usually settle into their best rhythm around 60 to 90 days. Pink Flamingo’s service campaigns and Cleanetic’s new account show how the work is built for each business. Your industry, competition and budget all move that.
No long-term lock-in. We would rather keep the work because it is producing than because a contract says you have to stay. What we do ask for is enough runway to be fair to the account — a campaign judged on its first ten days is being judged during the part where we are still cutting waste out of it. The terms are put in front of you in plain English before anything is signed.
We own and run the account, because the build is proprietary methodology refined on every account we run — bidding architecture, trade starter packs of negatives, audience stacks and conversion tracking. You get full-visibility reporting on performance and spend at all times, and on long-term marketing agreements ownership and handover options are available to discuss. The one exception is a build-and-handover engagement, which includes a 30-day handover so you can self-manage.
We tell you, in the report, in plain English, and we change what we are doing. A campaign that is not producing gets restructured, repointed at a different set of searches, or stopped. If the honest answer is that paid media is not the right channel for your business right now, we would rather say so than keep billing you for it.
The cadence is scoped with the engagement. Smaller accounts get a monthly report and a strategy call; as the work grows that moves to fortnightly calls with lead-quality reviews, then weekly reporting with custom dashboards. Every engagement gets the same underlying document: what was spent, what it produced, what we changed and why, and what happens next — in plain English, on a fixed date, good news or bad.
Not at all. It is a starting point calculated from four answers, and four answers cannot see everything about a business. Plenty of clients start somewhere other than where the form pointed, and some start with a one-off build and self-manage from there. Nothing on this page charges you anything or commits you to anything.
Yes. Choose “Other” in the industry list and mention the store on the call. Shopping campaigns, product feeds, marketplace spend and store analytics are all in scope, and Shopping usually runs alongside Search rather than instead of it. The process is the same; the campaign mix and the metrics change to match how the business makes money.
No. “Other Trades” and “Other” are real options, not a polite dead end. The ten listed are simply the industries where we hold the most search-term history and benchmark data. If yours is not there, the first call spends a little longer on your market and a little less on ours.
They stay with us and are read by our own team. We do not sell, share or broker your details, and you will get one reply from a person rather than an automated sequence chasing you weekly. If you would rather not fill anything in, the phone number and email on the contact page reach exactly the same people.
Yes. The booking link on this page and on the contact page goes straight to a slot with our Director — thirty to forty-five minutes, free, and there is no deck. The questions here exist to make that call more useful, not to gate it. You can also simply call 1800 315 165 during office hours.
Yes. We are Melbourne-based and run engagements across Australia, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand. Suburb, postcode or radius targeting works the same way in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, and we scope engagements the same way in every one of those markets.
Would rather read than answer questions?
Fair enough. Nothing on this site is gated behind a form, including the ad-spend guidance above and what the ads, the search presence and the tracking each hand the next one, which is the argument for buying more than one of them.
