    The short list

    1. Clear phone actions for urgent electrical enquiries.
    2. Dedicated pages explain switchboard work, faults, installations and other services.
    3. A callback form collects the suburb and issue alongside contact details.

The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

An electrical website with two clear jobs

Aussie Electrical serves people dealing with urgent faults and people planning work on their homes. Those visitors need different amounts of information. Someone without power needs to find a phone number quickly. A homeowner considering a switchboard upgrade needs to understand the service before asking for a quote.

We built the website around both journeys. The homepage leads with the electrical service, Sydney coverage and a prominent call button. Further down, service cards, FAQs and a callback form give visitors room to explain a less urgent job. The page makes the next step visible without requiring every customer to follow the same route.

A strong identity with a practical purpose

The dark navy background, large white headings and bright blue buttons give Aussie Electrical a recognisable presence. On desktop, the opening section pairs the service message with a large photograph. The offer and pricing information sit in a short list beside the main call action, so the first screen has a clear reading order.

The navigation also gives service-area information a direct link. That matters for a business covering Sydney: visitors can check location relevance as well as the type of electrical work available. The same colours and contact treatment carry through the service pages.

Specific pages for specific electrical work

The service structure separates emergency electricians, fault detection, switchboard work, lighting, smoke alarms and other electrical needs. Each option has a named destination, giving the customer a useful starting point beyond a general electrician homepage.

The switchboard upgrade page shows the detail behind that structure. It introduces the work with a relevant headline and image, then explains assessment, design, installation and testing. Service options and questions about upgrade requirements, timing and compliance help a homeowner prepare for a conversation. A callback form remains available alongside the explanation.

Contact that works on a smaller screen

The mobile layout replaces the wide navigation with a compact header and a visible Call Now button. The main message becomes a single column, with the primary phone action following the key service information. Visitors can act without hunting through a desktop menu.

The callback form asks for a name, phone number, email, suburb and an optional description of the issue. Those fields let the customer describe the job in their own words and give the office useful context for a response.

A website that supports the wider engagement

The website provides the service information and contact routes behind Aussie Electrical's marketing. For the separately measured advertising work, read the call-and-form enquiry case study or the earlier campaign record. Our website design service brings the same attention to service structure, presentation and contact journeys.

    FAQ

    The questions this raises.

The brief, the design and how the website supports the wider customer journey.

The first call is free and there is no deck.

    Book a call
Why give switchboard upgrades a separate page?

A planned upgrade needs more explanation than an emergency call. The page outlines the work, the process and common questions, then gives the visitor a direct way to enquire.

How does the mobile website help someone with an urgent fault?

The compact header includes Call Now, and a second phone action appears with the main service message. The visitor can call directly while service and area information remain available through the menu.

Can customers request a callback instead of calling?

Yes. The website includes a callback form with contact details, suburb and an optional issue description, allowing the customer to explain what they need.
