The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

SoudCoh’s electrical website design for AUS Electrical & Data Services serves Sydney. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.

Let the customer begin with what is happening

SoudCoh organised AUS Electrical & Data Services’ website around recognisable electrical needs. No power or no lights, emergency callouts and fault detection appear alongside switchboards, safety switches, lighting, fans, appliances, powerpoints and EV charging.

That approach lets the visitor start with the symptom or the job they want completed. They do not have to know the cause of an outage before reaching useful information or making contact.

Give complex service groups their own depth

The switchboard range separates upgrades, repairs, emergencies and compliance-related work. Earthing, surge protection and older electrical hazards have their own topics, while mains, metering and connections sit within the wider service structure.

These distinctions give the catalogue enough depth for different requirements. The shared navigation keeps an installation customer and someone with an urgent fault within the same familiar website.

    Make the first request useful

The callback form asks for a phone number and provides space to describe the issue. The form is brief enough to use without a detailed technical diagnosis, while the phone option remains available for a direct conversation.

Sydney coverage and the emergency-service message are part of the introduction. Detailed service pages then give customers who are planning work a place to read beyond the first screen.

Connect the catalogue to the contact choice

The website presents quote information and service reassurance alongside the range of electrical work. Its role is to explain the available services and make the next step clear, whether that is a call or a short callback request.

The completed site follows the customer from an observable problem or planned installation to the relevant topic. It makes a broad electrical catalogue easier to navigate without flattening every job into the same explanation.
