The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built VAMP Electrical’s website around emergencies, no-power and no-light faults, switchboards and planned installations. Lighting, fans, appliances, powerpoints and EV charging sit alongside the repair topics, giving Melbourne customers several recognisable starting points.
The service catalogue lets the visitor begin with what is happening or what they want installed. They can reach relevant information without first understanding the technical cause.
Switchboard upgrades, repairs, emergencies, safety switches, earthing and surge protection are separated. The range also includes Kasta systems, office fit-outs and blackout protection, giving more involved work its own room in the site.
These distinctions help the website serve different levels of research. An urgent caller can identify the main offer, while someone planning an upgrade can continue into a specific topic.
The emergency-service content describes making contact, attending, diagnosing and quoting, then completing and testing the work. That gives the customer a clear view of the process the enquiry begins.
About, safety, reviews and common-question pages support the catalogue. They give visitors more context about the business and service presentation without displacing the practical job information.
Area pages connect the service range to Melbourne, while phone and enquiry choices provide the next step from the detailed content. The shared structure keeps that action familiar as the topic changes.
The completed website brings a broad electrical range into a useful hierarchy. It connects visible symptoms, specific installations and the local service area to a practical first conversation.
