The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built SparkMaster’s website around a Sydney electrical service catalogue that covers emergencies, no-power faults and switchboards alongside installations and upgrades. A customer can begin with a symptom or a planned job.
The local-area structure and main service message connect the range to Sydney. About, contact, common-question and safety routes provide further context for visitors who want to read before calling.
The catalogue includes CCTV, Cbus installation, repairs and programming, Kasta systems and office fit-outs as well as lighting, fans, powerpoints and EV charging. Those topics extend the website beyond an emergency-electrician introduction.
Separate pages give each system enough room for a relevant explanation. The shared navigation keeps the specialised content connected to the everyday service range and contact journey.
The callback form asks for a first name and phone number, with optional issue details. This is a practical starting point for someone who can describe the symptom but does not know its cause.
The phone route remains available for a direct conversation. Pricing and service messages appear alongside those choices, while the detailed pages support customers researching a more involved installation.
Reviews, area content and company information support the service catalogue without replacing it. The visitor can move between reassurance, technical topics and contact in a familiar structure.
The completed website gives SparkMaster a place to explain both immediate repairs and specialist systems. It makes the route from the customer’s need to the appropriate service and enquiry more direct.
