The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh organised SparkleWorks’ website around the information a Melbourne facilities customer needs before requesting a cleaning quote. The service catalogue sits alongside industry, checklist, pricing and local-area routes, giving each kind of question a clear destination.
The website’s main presentation centres on commercial programmes for workplaces and facilities. It connects the type of site to the scope of work instead of asking every visitor to begin with the same broad enquiry.
Office, medical, school and childcare, builders, warehouse, high-rise, hospitality, gym and event cleaning have dedicated routes. These pages let a customer inspect the work that matches their premises.
The catalogue also makes room for periodic and specialist tasks, such as carpets, windows, pressure washing and kitchen cleaning. That helps the business explain both a regular programme and additional work within a consistent structure.
Melbourne areas appear in the navigation, including the CBD and suburban regions. Service-area content supports the local business message and gives a customer another way to find relevant information.
The checklist and pricing pages then add practical detail to the offer. A visitor can review the scope before asking for a quote, while the shared navigation keeps the next step available.
The quote journey asks the customer to describe their site alongside the contact details. This leaves room for the type of building, cleaning priorities and circumstances that need to be discussed before a programme can be arranged.
The completed website gives the commercial range depth without forcing every detail onto the first screen. It connects the setting, scope and local context to a clear enquiry route.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
