The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Someone booking an end-of-lease clean is working towards a date. They need to know what is included, whether their property is covered and how to arrange the job before handing back the keys. EOL Melbourne's website brings those questions into the opening page instead of leaving them for a phone conversation.
We built the site around a clear moving-out journey. The main message introduces the cleaning service, while a quote form collects the details that matter to the booking. Service information, checklists and frequently asked questions help tenants work out what they need before sending an enquiry.
The design uses warm interiors, open space and strong black headings. Lime accents mark the quote buttons and selected details. This gives the site a clean, approachable character while keeping the primary action easy to recognise against the softer photography.
On desktop, the form sits beside the main headline. The visitor can read the service introduction and start a quote in the same view. The header also provides routes to services, pricing, the checklist and service areas, giving people who want more detail a clear place to go next.
The enquiry form asks for more than contact details. It includes suburb, property size, service and a preferred date, followed by space for extra information. Prompts mention practical details such as carpet, ovens, parking and key arrangements.
Those choices reflect the information involved in planning a clean. They give customers a place to describe their property and timing, and give the business a more useful starting point for a quote. Phone contact remains visible for visitors who would prefer to talk through the job.
The dedicated end-of-lease cleaning page breaks the work into a readable checklist. Kitchen detailing, oven cleaning, bathrooms, floors, windows and other inclusions are described individually. A customer can check the scope instead of assuming every cleaning service includes the same work.
The page also presents the booking process, answers questions about timing and property access, and links related cleaning services. Together, those sections help the visitor prepare an enquiry and identify additional requirements that may need to be discussed with the team.
On a phone, the headline and quote action become a single-column introduction. A separate phone button sits beneath the main action, giving the customer a choice of contact method. The layout carries the same typography and lime accents into the smaller screen.
The result is a website organised around the practical steps of moving out. The EOL Melbourne advertising case study covers the campaign work separately. Our website design service applies the same focus on clear service scope, useful forms and a coherent mobile experience.
