The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s plumbing website design for Eagle Plumbing serves Sydney and Illawarra. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
A plumbing customer often has two questions: can someone deal with this problem, and what happens before the work starts? Eagle Plumbing's website puts those concerns at the centre of the page. The opening message focuses on knowing the price first, followed by direct phone contact and a form inviting the visitor to describe what has happened.
We built the site around the way customers describe plumbing jobs. Blocked drains, failed hot water and water leaks are concrete problems. The website uses those services as the route into more detailed information, with Sydney and the Illawarra coverage made clear throughout.
The design combines a pale blue background with deep navy headings and warm yellow accents. On desktop, the main service message sits beside the enquiry form. This gives a visitor a choice: read enough to understand the offer, or start explaining the job straight away.
The form asks for a name, phone number, suburb, service and an optional message. Its language stays close to the customer's situation, including a prompt about what the plumbing is doing. That is a practical way to collect job context without expecting the visitor to diagnose the fault.
The blocked-drain service page carries the same identity into a more specific journey. Its headline immediately names the problem, while the contact form has the relevant service selected. A visitor arriving on this page can recognise where they are and move directly to an enquiry.
Further down, the page explains what happens on a blocked-drain job, distinguishes clearing from repair and replacement work, and answers common questions. Related services provide a route to other plumbing needs. This structure gives a customer more useful context than a short list of services alone.
The broader site includes crew and work imagery, a step-by-step explanation of the booking process, pricing information and a regional directory. These sections help a visitor understand who they are contacting, how a job proceeds and whether their area is covered.
On mobile, the opening section becomes a single column. The phone button is prominent beneath the introductory text, and the compact navigation keeps the first screen focused. The detailed service information remains part of the same journey for customers who want to read further.
The finished site gives Eagle Plumbing a consistent place to explain its services and receive enquiries. The Eagle Plumbing campaign case study covers the separate advertising engagement. For businesses planning a similar service-led site, our website design work brings the brand, service content and contact experience together.
