The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s plumbing website design for ABZ Plumbing serves Brisbane and Logan. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
SoudCoh built ABZ Plumbing’s website around its Brisbane southside and Logan context. The business introduction describes a local crew, while service areas and detailed plumbing routes give the customer a practical way to find relevant work.
The main catalogue separates emergency plumbing, burst pipes and leak detection, taps and toilets, drains, hot water, renovations and general plumbing. Each group provides a recognisable starting point.
The navigation highlights frequently requested services such as emergency plumbing, blocked drains, hot-water repairs, burst pipes and leak detection. This gives the visitor a short route to the most familiar problems.
The deeper catalogue includes mixer taps, showers, roof and ceiling leaks, slab leaks, kitchen and laundry plumbing, water mains and relining. That depth supports customers with a specific requirement while the main navigation stays understandable.
A how-it-works page sits alongside the services, areas, about and contact routes. It gives the customer a place to understand the steps around diagnosis, quoting and completing the job before making a booking.
The website’s crew introduction and pricing messages provide context around the work. The structure connects those messages to the actual services, rather than relying on reassurance alone.
Quote and contact routes provide a consistent next step from the catalogue. A customer can begin with the visible problem, inspect the relevant explanation and then describe what they need.
The finished site gives a local plumbing business both breadth and a clear hierarchy. Common problems remain easy to reach, while supporting pages provide enough detail for renovations, maintenance and less familiar repairs.
See our website design and development work for how we connect local service information with a clear route to an enquiry.
