The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built Champion Drains’ website around familiar drain problems as well as specialist methods. Kitchen sinks, showers, toilets, outdoor drains and main sewer blockages sit within a wider structure for clearing, jetting, CCTV, relining and repairs.
This gives the customer two ways into the content: begin with the fixture or problem, or go directly to the method they are researching. The Sydney service-area navigation keeps the local context clear.
The service range extends into tree-root cutting, descaling, preventative maintenance, pre-purchase inspections and pipe-condition reports. Relining and patching also have focused subtopics, giving the repair side of the business more depth.
The structure is useful because a customer considering a major pipe repair needs more explanation than someone asking about a blocked sink. Separate destinations let the amount of detail follow the decision.
The website presents a simple sequence: describe the issue, see the price before work begins, and have the drain fixed and tested. That overview provides a clear destination for the enquiry.
Reviews, common questions, service areas and offer pages sit alongside the technical catalogue. They give the customer supporting information without making the service page carry every part of the business introduction.
Contact, booking and quote destinations are available across the site. The visitor can read the particular service explanation, then continue through a consistent enquiry route.
The completed website turns an extensive drain-service range into a practical customer journey. It supports simple symptoms and more considered repair decisions within the same specialist brand.
