The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s cleaning website design for Clean Effortlessly serves Sydney. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
Clean Effortlessly’s website is built around a focused end-of-lease journey. SoudCoh brought the service explanation, transformation content, cleaning inclusions, pricing and quote request into one page. Section navigation lets visitors jump to the question they need answered without losing the wider context.
The page follows a useful sequence for someone arranging a move: understand the offer, inspect the work, check the scope and make contact with the property details.
The transformation section invites visitors to drag a before-and-after interaction. Another section responds to cursor movement. These components give the cleaning imagery a more active role in the page, encouraging the visitor to examine the surfaces rather than skim past a static block.
The interaction supports the presentation of the work. Its value in the design is the way it lets someone inspect and compare the content while staying within the service journey.
The cleaning scope is divided into kitchen and oven, bathroom and laundry, bedrooms and living areas, and windows and extras. Room-based groupings match how a customer thinks about the property and make it easier to find a particular requirement.
Pricing, reviews and service-area information sit within the same page. The visitor can move between scope, reassurance and enquiry without a long chain of navigation.
The form asks for name, phone and email, with space to describe the property size, suburb, moving date and any carpet steam-cleaning requirement. Those prompts turn an open message field into a useful description of the job.
A phone option remains part of the journey for customers who prefer to talk. The finished page combines expressive presentation with the practical information needed to begin arranging a clean.

The first call is free and there is no deck.
Book a callThe website presents one focused end-of-lease offer. Section links let visitors move directly between inclusions, pricing, imagery and the quote form while keeping that offer in context.
The scope uses room-based groups such as kitchen and oven, bathroom and laundry, bedrooms and living, and windows and extras. That matches the way customers inspect their own property.
It lets a visitor inspect the before-and-after content within the page. The case study describes that interaction as a presentation choice, without assigning it an unmeasured performance result.
