The commercial-service page changes the large image to a workplace and keeps the service explanation and callback form beside it. The image-led split gives the particular service its own context.

The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Delicate Services’ website presents a broad commercial cleaning catalogue for Sydney customers. SoudCoh structured it around the settings a business customer recognises: offices, medical centres, strata, childcare, gyms, warehouses, aged care, hospitality and schools.
Each setting has its own service route, so the visitor can begin with their premises and continue into the relevant explanation. Carpet cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing also have destinations for customers investigating a particular task.
The site describes a sequence from getting in touch to a site assessment, a cleaning plan, the work itself and ongoing support. This gives a customer more context than a quote button on its own.
The assessment stage is particularly useful for commercial work because the requirement depends on the premises. Explaining that step makes the enquiry feel connected to the site the customer manages, instead of implying that every building receives the same programme.
The website discusses scheduling around business hours and adjusting the service as requirements change. These messages sit alongside the service catalogue and the company introduction, supporting a conversation about how cleaning fits into an operating workplace.
Common questions and contact routes provide further detail for a customer who needs to compare the scope before making a decision. The layout connects the business’s service message to practical information about arranging the work.
The quote components ask for contact information and the service needed. A separate careers route provides a different destination for employment enquiries, helping keep the customer journey focused.
The completed website turns a large commercial range into a set of recognisable premises and tasks. It explains how the discussion begins, where an assessment fits and how the customer can describe the service they need.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
