The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s cleaning website design for FacilityWorx serves Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
A facilities customer may begin with a task, a type of premises or a location. SoudCoh built the FacilityWorx website with service, industry and service-area routes so each of those starting points leads to relevant information.
The local context is explicit: Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. The website keeps that coverage connected to the commercial service range and the quote request.
Offices, medical sites, warehouses, builders cleans, childcare, hospitality and car parks have dedicated service routes. Each setting gives the cleaning work a different context, so the structure provides room to explain the relevant scope.
The office-cleaning page is one concrete example of this approach. It gives the customer a focused destination within a broader commercial website, with consistent navigation back to the other services and enquiry options.
The checklist and pricing pages are separate destinations. A visitor can review the work and consider the information needed for a quote before making contact. Industry content also gives facilities decision-makers a way to explore the service through the needs of their site.
That structure keeps the homepage from carrying every detail. The first screen can introduce the business while the supporting pages handle the questions that need more space.
The enquiry form includes full name, email, phone and suburb or area. Bringing location into the request gives the business an immediate reference for the premises being discussed.
The website’s work is to connect a clear service catalogue with a useful next step. The completed structure helps a customer move from identifying the type of site to reviewing scope and beginning a location-specific conversation.

The website identifies Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. That Queensland context is kept consistent in the case study.
A facilities customer can review the scope before requesting a quote. It provides more room for practical detail than the opening service message.
