The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built the Kleening Crew Brisbane website around the information a customer needs before handing a rental property back. The service introduction, checklist, pricing route and enquiry options work together so the visitor can understand the clean before deciding how to book.
The regional identity is explicit. Brisbane appears in the service message and coverage content, while the enquiry form asks for the suburb. This keeps the local context close to the decision to make contact.
End-of-lease cleaning has a dedicated service page with a detailed inclusion list. Kitchen surfaces, ovens, bathrooms, floors and internal windows are explained as parts of the job, giving the customer a practical view of the scope.
The wider service range also includes carpet steam cleaning, upholstery, windows, ovens and other focused cleaning work. Keeping these as separate routes helps distinguish the main move-out clean from a customer’s additional requirements. Someone arranging a rental handover and someone investigating a particular surface can begin in different places.
Checklist and pricing navigation let visitors explore the details without crowding the first screen. The service content explains the re-clean offer and the booking process within the wider customer journey. These are parts of the website’s offer presentation, with the relevant terms and scope belonging alongside the service information.
A staged explanation takes the visitor from sharing property details to receiving a quote and having the clean completed. That makes the process easier to understand than a contact form with no explanation of what follows.
The quote form requests contact details, suburb and cleaning requirements. The structure supports a useful first response because the enquiry is connected to the service and property, rather than arriving as a name and phone number alone.
Customers can also choose the direct phone route. The two contact methods serve different situations: someone ready to discuss a booking can call, while someone comparing the scope can work through the information before sending a request.
The responsive layout brings the content into a single column and replaces the wide navigation with a compact menu. The mobile contact controls keep calling and requesting a quote as distinct choices, preserving the purpose of the desktop journey in less space.
For the wider approach, see our website design and development and cleaning-business marketing services. The work begins with the service scope and the customer’s next decision.

The first call is free and there is no deck.
Book a callCarpet, upholstery, oven and window cleaning raise different questions from a general move-out clean. Separate routes give each service enough room to explain its scope and help the customer describe what they need.
It combines contact details with suburb and service information. That gives the enquiry a practical context while retaining a separate phone option for customers who prefer to speak.
Customers may need to understand the work before they ask for a quote. Separate pricing and checklist routes let them inspect that detail at their own pace.
