Legacy Cleanco: cleaning website design in Sydney

Legacy Cleanco · Commercial and residential cleaning · Sydney, NSW

The short version · Website delivery

A Sydney cleaning website that separates commercial and residential needs, then supports each with scope, coverage and a contextual quote request.

    Inside the website

    The thinking behind the pages.

    1. Website detail

Let the work carry the introduction

The dark service panel sits beside a large exterior-cleaning photograph. Pale blue accents identify the quote and phone actions, while the image gives the commercial and residential offer a concrete setting.

    2. Website detail

      Keep the pricing introduction focused

The pricing page uses a restrained dark background, a compact message and two contact choices. Its first screen gives the subject a clear introduction before the customer continues into the detail.

    The case study

Inside the build for Legacy Cleanco.

    The short list

    1. Commercial and residential routes keep distinct customer needs easy to find.
    2. The checklist explains daily, weekly and periodic work.
    3. Suburb and service fields give the initial quote request practical context.

The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

SoudCoh’s cleaning website design for Legacy Cleanco serves Sydney. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.

Give two audiences their own route

Legacy Cleanco’s website brings commercial cleaning and residential work under one brand. SoudCoh separated those audiences in the service structure, allowing an office customer and a homeowner to find different information without losing the shared identity.

The catalogue includes offices, strata, car parks and warehouses alongside house washing, roof cleaning and other residential needs. Keeping those services distinct makes the site useful to customers with very different requirements.

Explain the frequency as well as the task

The commercial checklist groups work into daily, weekly and periodic cleaning. This gives the scope a time dimension: a customer can understand how recurring work differs from tasks completed less frequently.

That detail has its own destination rather than being compressed into the opening message. It gives someone arranging a commercial cleaning programme a practical reference before they request a quote.

Support the message with useful supporting pages

Pricing, checklist and service-area pages sit alongside the core service content. The site’s same-crew message introduces continuity as part of the business’s offer, while the supporting pages provide the information a customer can use to consider the job.

The coverage content centres on metro Sydney. The enquiry form then asks for a Sydney suburb and service, bringing that local context into the conversation.

Connect the service choice to the request

The quote form collects name, phone, email, suburb and service. The request therefore carries both contact details and a description of where the work is needed and what kind of work it is.

The finished website uses clear audience separation and practical scope information to support a relevant first enquiry. It gives each part of the service range enough room to be explained without fragmenting the brand.

Why split commercial and residential cleaning?

The customers need different scope and service information. Separate routes make it easier for each visitor to find the relevant work while keeping a consistent brand.

What is useful about the checklist?

It groups commercial cleaning into daily, weekly and periodic tasks. That helps a customer understand how the programme is structured over time.

How is the local area handled?

The website centres on metro Sydney and asks for the suburb in the quote form. The case study does not present on-request work outside Sydney as standard coverage.
