The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh organised Local Pests Control’s website around both the customer’s setting and the pest involved. Domestic, commercial, bird control, end-of-lease and move-in routes sit alongside pages for termites, rodents, spiders, wasps, bed bugs and other pests.
These are different ways a customer may describe the same need. A tenant preparing to leave a property and a business dealing with birds can find relevant content without working through a general catalogue first.
The service-area navigation includes Melbourne suburbs such as Greensborough, Box Hill, Dandenong, Frankston and Sunshine. Local routes connect the service range to the areas customers recognise.
This structure gives the website a clear geographic context. It supports a visitor checking coverage as well as someone researching a particular pest or property requirement.
Outdoor and specialist services, including bird control and gutter guards, have their own destinations. The site also separates general treatment from faster-removal and specific-pest topics.
Giving these subjects individual pages leaves room for the relevant service explanation and questions. It avoids treating a broad range of property problems as interchangeable.
The main service overview, local pages and detailed topics connect to the website’s enquiry routes. A customer can begin with the information they know, then continue into a conversation about the property.
The completed website uses a clear service-and-area hierarchy to organise a large catalogue. It helps a Melbourne visitor find the relevant subject and understand the next step.
