The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s finance website design for Meet Finance and Homes serves Epping, Melbourne. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
SoudCoh built Meet Finance and Homes’ website with the Epping-based business and its directors visible in the introduction. The main service range gives first-home buyers, refinancers, investors and customers building a home separate starting points.
That structure supports visitors with different goals. They can recognise their situation, read the relevant content and see who they will be contacting before sending an enquiry.
Construction, bridging, home improvements, equity, specialist loans, business finance and vehicle finance sit within the wider catalogue. The site separates these topics so a broad finance offer remains navigable.
The homepage service selection also includes self-employed and medical-professional enquiries. This lets the visitor describe the type of conversation they need without presenting a completed application.
The website provides calculator routes for borrowing, repayments, offsets, comparisons and other planning questions. These tools sit alongside explanatory service pages and a lending-process overview.
The process section moves through consultation, comparison, application and settlement as the business’s service journey. Its purpose in the website is to make the sequence easier to understand before the visitor books a discussion.
The contact form asks the visitor to choose a service, while named phone contacts provide another way to speak with the team. About, testimonials and contact routes support customers who want to learn more about the business.
The completed website connects borrower goals, explanatory resources and a clear contact choice. It gives the business a structured place to begin a conversation without turning the website into an individual lending recommendation.
