    The case study

Inside the build for Secure Home Loans.

    The short list

    1. Organise the range around the customer’s goal.
    2. Give different circumstances enough room.
    3. Support research with separate tools.

The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

SoudCoh’s finance website design for Secure Home Loans serves Australia. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.

Organise the range around the customer’s goal

SoudCoh built Secure Home Loans’ website with separate starting points for first-home buyers, refinancing, construction, investment and other borrowing goals. Specialist, business and asset-finance topics sit within the same structured catalogue.

This lets a visitor begin with the decision they are considering. They do not need to understand every product in the wider range before reaching relevant information.

    Give different circumstances enough room

The service structure includes self-employed borrowers, low-documentation enquiries, medical professionals, guarantor arrangements and other specific situations. Each topic can therefore carry its own explanation rather than being reduced to a label on the homepage.

Business lending, commercial property, development, cash flow and vehicle finance also have distinct routes. The hierarchy keeps a broad offer navigable across different customer needs.

    Support research with separate tools

The website provides calculator destinations for borrowing power, repayments, offsets, loan comparisons, deposit questions and other planning topics. Savings, budgeting and vehicle-related tools extend that resource section.

Keeping the tools separate from the service pages gives customers a different way to explore the subject. Someone comparing scenarios can use the resources, then continue to the relevant service information and contact choices.

Connect the information to a conversation

The shared navigation brings the service catalogue and planning resources back to the business’s enquiry journey. The visitor can approach from a goal, circumstance or question and still find a familiar next step.

The completed website gives the finance range a clear information structure. It supports research and contact without presenting a website interaction as an individual lending decision.
