The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s cleaning website design for SGA Pressure serves Melbourne. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
SoudCoh built SGA Pressure’s website around the exterior surfaces customers need cleaned or restored. Driveways and concrete, house exteriors, roofs, solar panels, decks, retaining walls and windows have their own service routes. Commercial pressure washing, fleet washing and graffiti removal extend the structure to business customers.
That organisation makes the range easy to enter from a specific problem. Someone looking at a stained driveway does not need to interpret a broad facilities-services message before finding the relevant work.
Concrete resurfacing and coating has its own route alongside driveway and concrete cleaning. The distinction gives customers room to understand that cleaning an existing surface and changing its finish are different jobs.
Service content and imagery present individual surface types, including brick-paver and stamped-concrete driveways. Those concrete examples help ground the offer in the property a visitor is considering, rather than treating all exterior work as one undifferentiated service.
The website lays out an on-site assessment, professional wash and final rinse and check. It also answers practical questions about job duration, being at home, local coverage and getting started. That content explains what the enquiry is leading towards.
The business’s surface-safe chemistry and equipment messages sit alongside the process. Their role in the page is to explain the service approach and help the customer ask informed questions about their own surface.
The quote form combines contact information with a service selector and suburb field. Those details connect the request to the Melbourne service area and the type of work. A phone option gives visitors another way to begin.
The finished website uses a clear surface-led catalogue and an understandable sequence from assessment to completion. It supports a useful conversation about the property, finish and work required.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
