The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
A tenant arranging an end-of-lease clean needs more than a general promise of a tidy home. They need to understand the scope, the inspection process and how to book around their move. SoudCoh built Kleening Crew Sydney’s website around that practical decision, with the end-of-lease service at the centre of the opening message.
The site gives pricing, the cleaning checklist and service areas their own routes. Visitors can move from the broad offer into the information that matters to their property, then request a quote with the relevant context.
The Kleening Crew mascot, blue accents and warm orange buttons create a recognisable identity. Rounded controls and generous spacing soften a page that needs to carry service details, reassurance and contact choices together. The introduction explains the move-out offer before presenting the quote and phone options.
The enquiry form asks for the customer’s suburb and cleaning requirements alongside their contact details. This connects the initial request to a real property and service need. Customers who prefer to talk can use the separate phone action.
A before-and-after gallery shows rooms and surfaces with short job captions. The images give visitors something concrete to inspect alongside the service explanation, including the detail of floors, shower screens and other surfaces.
The site also lays out a sequence from providing property details and receiving a quote through to cleaning against the checklist. Explaining that sequence helps customers understand what they are arranging before they send an enquiry.
End-of-lease, bond, vacate and move-out cleaning have their own service routes. Each is a familiar way a customer may describe the job. The surrounding checklist, pricing and area content provides the detail needed to understand the scope, rather than leaving every question to the first phone call.
Sydney coverage is explicit in the page copy and service-area navigation. The regional focus gives the website a clear local context and keeps this build distinct from the Brisbane website.
The mobile layout stacks the introduction and contact choices into a readable column. The wide desktop navigation becomes a compact menu, and the bottom contact bar gives calling and requesting a quote separate actions. Those choices remain visible without requiring the customer to work back through the page.
This is the connection between our website design work and marketing for cleaning businesses: useful service information followed by a clear route to an enquiry.

The opening message and service routes concentrate on end-of-lease, bond, vacate and move-out cleaning, with Sydney coverage made clear. The page structure follows the decision a moving tenant needs to make.
The content becomes a single column with compact navigation. A bottom contact bar provides separate call and quote actions so the next step remains easy to reach.
