The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built Jaggi Cleaning Services’ website around recognisable customer situations. End-of-lease, regular domestic, deep, commercial, short-stay and pre-sale cleaning are presented as separate services. A visitor can start with the event or property need that brought them to the site.
The main presentation centres on Melbourne. Service navigation gives each type of work a destination, while the wider site provides about, contact, common questions and explanatory content for customers who want to read further.
Oven cleaning, tile and grout, and pressure washing sit alongside the broader home and commercial services. These routes help a customer distinguish a focused surface treatment from a full-property clean.
The individual pages support a more specific service explanation than the homepage can carry. They provide a useful destination for someone who already knows the task and wants to understand how to arrange it.
The website describes the steps from requesting a quote to choosing a date, having the clean completed and discussing any follow-up. This lets the customer see what the contact action begins.
The homepage also groups trust and service messages around the cleaning range. The presentation keeps the booking process, service choices and reassurance close enough to be read as one journey, while the detailed pages handle the longer explanations.
The enquiry form asks for contact details, a selected service and information about the project. That open description field lets the customer explain requirements that a service name alone cannot capture. A phone option remains available for a direct conversation.
The finished website gives a varied cleaning business a clear customer-facing structure. It supports different reasons for booking while retaining a familiar route from relevant service information to a quote request.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
