    The thinking behind the pages.

    1. Website detail

Give the treatment its own explanation

The skin-needling page uses the same quiet layout for treatment-specific information and booking. Short information blocks beneath the introduction provide a second level of detail.

    2. Website detail

Keep the clinic introduction calm and readable

Muted green type, a light background and restrained spacing frame the clinic introduction. The appointment panel is separate from the service text, giving the visitor clear research and booking choices.

    The short list

    1. Give the treatment range a readable structure.
    2. Keep practical appointment information easy to reach.
    3. Explain the handover into booking.

The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

Give the treatment range a readable structure

SoudCoh built Illuminate Laser Emporium’s website around the treatments available at its Malvern East clinic. Skin needling, hair removal, IPL, skin tightening, carbon facials and tattoo removal have individual service destinations, with pricing and contact routes nearby.

This gives a visitor a way to research the treatment they are interested in before beginning a booking. The website can explain the range without relying on one crowded services paragraph.

Keep practical appointment information easy to reach

A dedicated pricing page presents treatments and packages, while the contact page provides the clinic location and opening hours. Those details support the decision about whether and how to arrange a visit.

The website also gives cancellation, refund and booking terms their own destinations. These are useful parts of the appointment journey because a customer can review them before committing to a time.

    Explain the handover into booking

The booking form asks for the visitor’s details and selected treatment. It then explains that the appointment time is chosen on the booking platform, so the transition is part of the visible process rather than a surprise.

This keeps the website’s role clear: introduce the clinic, provide treatment and pricing information, and help the customer begin the appointment conversation.

Connect the clinic identity across the journey

Treatment pages, pricing and contact information share the same navigation and booking choices. The visitor can move between research and practical details without losing their place in the site.

The completed build gives the clinic a consistent digital presentation with a useful route from interest to booking. The case study focuses on that information and interaction design rather than assigning outcomes to treatments.
