The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s cleaning website design for Hi-Tech Deep Cleaning serves Melbourne. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
Hi-Tech Deep Cleaning’s website needs to explain a service whose value is in the detail of the work. SoudCoh built a presentation around the cleaning process, the surfaces being treated and the evidence visitors can inspect before making contact.
The deep navy and bright blue identity carries through the service pages and enquiry journey. Large headings establish the topic, while cleaning imagery gives the opening message a concrete setting. The design makes room for both an immediate phone call and a visitor who wants to read further.
The carpet-cleaning page pairs a focused service explanation with before-and-after imagery. The service is named clearly, and a phone action sits close to the introduction. A customer researching carpets reaches content about that work, rather than having to find it within a general cleaning page.
Further down, the page explains inspection, the cleaning stages, protection and drying. On-site imagery and service questions add context around the method.
Carpet, upholstery, rugs, mattresses and leather cleaning have dedicated routes. Each material can need a different explanation, so the service structure provides room for the relevant process and questions. The navigation stays consistent as the subject changes.
The main service overview gives visitors a way to compare the available work before continuing to a detail page. This is useful for someone with several cleaning requirements as well as a customer who arrives knowing exactly which service they need.
The dedicated contact page introduces the quote request before presenting the form and phone option as separate choices. The form asks for a name, contact number, suburb and service, connecting the request to the work and location.
The page also explains coverage across Melbourne and answers practical questions. The customer can understand how to begin the conversation without having to search through the service content again. On a narrow screen, this information and the form can follow one another in a single column.
The finished website gives the business a consistent place to explain its services and receive a relevant request. The visual treatment, service architecture and form content all support that same purpose: helping a customer understand what they are asking the team to do.

The first call is free and there is no deck.
Book a callIt gives carpet-specific imagery, process information and common questions their own place. A customer researching that service can continue directly to relevant information and a contact option.
The short form asks for the customer’s name, contact number, suburb and service. A separate phone option lets someone begin with a conversation instead.
The website combines material-specific service pages with job imagery and explanations of the method. The navy-and-blue identity stays consistent as customers move between those pages.
