The drain page leads with recognisable symptoms in large type, then continues into the drain-service catalogue. That gives homeowners a plain-language route into more specific work.

The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Elite Plumbing Group already had experience working with builders. Dylan wanted the website to support a broader residential audience as well. SoudCoh shaped the presentation around the jobs a homeowner recognises, giving the business a clear way to introduce that side of its work.
The site makes Wollongong explicit and organises the range into drains, hot water and gas, leaks and pipes, emergency plumbing, renovations and maintenance. A household can start with the problem in the property rather than having to interpret a construction-focused offer.
Blocked drains, CCTV inspection, relining, stormwater, hot water, leak detection, burst pipes, taps and showers each have a place in the catalogue. Bathroom and kitchen work sits alongside toilets, backflow and water filtration.
The wider range also includes gas and wood heaters, fireplaces and excavation. Keeping these services separate gives the customer room to understand the particular job and gives the business space to explain its breadth.
Job and team content introduces the work through captions such as on the tools, inside the van and behind the scenes. This makes the business presentation more tangible for a household considering whom to invite into their property.
Service-area, about, common-question and specials routes support the main catalogue. They give the customer places to explore local relevance, process and the offer before booking.
Phone, booking and quote choices provide the next step from the service pages. The written-price and same-day messages sit within the wider service explanation rather than replacing the details of the work.
The completed website gives Elite a residential-facing structure alongside its builder experience. The case study documents that positioning and service journey; the design is explained through the actual pages and enquiry choices.
