Champion Plumbing website design: a clear route from a plumbing search to an enquiry

Champion Plumbing · Plumbing and drainage · Sydney, NSW

The short version · Website delivery

Champion’s website uses familiar plumbing problems, distinctive branding and a conversational enquiry form, alongside the wider advertising and GoHighLevel engagement.

    The case study

Inside the build for Champion Plumbing.

    The short list

    1. The opening copy starts with problems a customer can recognise and describe.
    2. A conversational form collects the issue, suburb and contact details.
    3. Website delivery sits alongside advertising and GoHighLevel follow-up work.

The design choices and customer journey behind this website.

Start with the problem the customer can describe

Champion Plumbing & Drains’ website opens with everyday plumbing situations: a drain that will not clear, a cold shower or a recurring wet patch. SoudCoh’s website work uses that familiar language to connect the business’s services to the customer’s immediate problem. The introduction gives visitors a way to recognise their issue before choosing how to contact the team.

Carry the Champion identity through the page

The branded vehicle and crew imagery sit within a light layout framed by a navy header. Pink accents pick up the Champion identity, while yellow buttons make the contact actions visible. Review information and concise offer cards sit near the opening message.

The desktop quote form continues the conversational tone. It asks what is happening, where the customer is located and how the team should get in touch. The form offers room for a short explanation, so customers can describe the problem in their own words. A separate call button remains available for those ready to speak.

Give services room to be understood

Champion’s wider website and campaign work covers blocked drains, hot water, urgent plumbing and other services across Sydney. Service and area navigation gives customers routes into that detail. The page structure supports both an immediate enquiry and a visitor who wants to understand the service before deciding.

On mobile, the headline, problem description and call button move into a single column. The brand colours and review information remain recognisable, and offer cards follow the introduction. This preserves the service story while adapting its order to a smaller screen.

Connect the website to the wider enquiry journey

Isaac’s engagement with SoudCoh includes advertising and GoHighLevel alongside the website. That places follow-up in the same conversation as the initial call or form submission: the website introduces the service, and the wider engagement supports what happens after a customer makes contact.

Why does Champion’s website ask customers to describe the plumbing problem?

The enquiry form gives visitors space to explain what is happening, alongside their suburb and contact details. That provides context for the conversation that follows.

Where does GoHighLevel fit into Champion’s website engagement?

GoHighLevel is part of the wider advertising and follow-up work with Isaac. The website provides the initial phone and form enquiry routes that begin that customer journey.
