The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Present an established Sydney plumbing operation
Aussie Plumbing’s website needs to communicate the breadth of the business while making contact straightforward. SoudCoh developed a campaign website with a strong Aussie identity, a prominent emergency-service message and dedicated routes into services and locations. The design brings the business offer into view before a visitor starts exploring individual pages.
Make the opening offer easy to scan
The desktop introduction pairs large white headings on navy with a full-height plumber photograph. Bright blue contact buttons repeat the brand colour and distinguish the next action. Short benefit statements organise the pricing, quoting and workmanship messages beneath the main service heading.
The offer strip, phone number and contact button are visible in the header. This gives someone who already knows what they need a quick route to call. Customers who want more information can continue into the service and location navigation without losing the brand context.
Build depth around the work customers need
The website and advertising brief cover blocked drains, hot water systems, gas leak detection, leaking showers, toilet repairs and taps. These needs benefit from their own explanations. A hot water enquiry involves different questions from a blocked drain, even when the same business can help with both.
Service and suburb pages give that information a clear home. The aim is to make an established operation understandable at the level of the individual job: what service is relevant, where the team works and how to ask for help. This also supports more specific landing-page choices for Google Ads.
Keep the emergency journey practical on mobile
The mobile version retains the service message and stacked benefits, with a call control in the header and another below the introduction. The simpler arrangement gives the customer room to read while keeping contact accessible. The visual identity remains consistent with desktop.

The brief, the design and how the website supports the wider customer journey.
The first call is free and there is no deck.
Book a callWhy give Aussie Plumbing’s hot water and blocked-drain services separate pages?
The customer’s questions differ by job. Separate service content can explain the relevant work and provide a more specific destination for advertising.
How does the site balance emergency calls with customers researching a service?
Phone controls are prominent in the header and opening section. Service and location navigation lets customers explore the work and coverage before making contact.
More accounts, same discipline.
