The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s website work for Sydney Fence and Roof Painting Co presents Colorbond fences, timber fences, metal roofs and sheds as distinct services. The range gives a homeowner a clear way to begin with the part of the property they want painted.
The Greater Sydney context appears in the introduction and service-area content. This connects the surface-specific offer to the business’s local market.
The website introduces Andrew as the person completing the work and presents the business as family-run. That message sits alongside service descriptions and a photo gallery, giving the customer a more tangible introduction to the job and the person behind it.
The design’s role is to connect those elements. A visitor can understand the surface, see examples in the gallery and read how the business describes its approach before asking for an estimate.
The website sets out three steps: request a quote, arrange a property visit for an estimate, then schedule the work after approval. This gives the contact action a clear purpose and tells the customer what follows it.
Repeated quote actions appear throughout the service and process sections. They let the visitor begin the enquiry after reaching the information that matters to them.
The common-question section covers the service range, references and the business’s owner-completed approach. Those topics provide practical context for a customer comparing painting contractors.
The completed website brings surfaces, work examples and the estimate process together. It gives the homeowner a clear route from identifying the job to arranging a property-specific conversation.
