- Give restoration a distinct explanation.
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s roofing website design for Aussie Roofs serves Sydney. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
Help the customer name the roofing job
Roof repair, restoration and replacement are different decisions. SoudCoh built the Aussie Roofs website with those services separated, alongside roof leaks, metal roofing, tile repairs, gutters, downpipes and roof cleaning.
This structure lets a customer begin with the problem they can see or the work they are considering. It avoids making a visitor interpret a single broad roofing promise before reaching the relevant detail.
Explain the inspection before the work
The website describes an assessment, a photo report and written quote, the work itself and a final inspection. That sequence gives the customer a clearer picture of what follows the initial contact.
For repair content, the site names common defects such as damaged tiles, metal sheets, flashings and ridge capping. These concrete examples give the service explanation a practical reference rather than relying only on general reassurance.
Give restoration a distinct explanation
The restoration page describes cleaning, repairing, re-pointing, priming and coating. Replacement and re-roofing have their own destination, giving those larger jobs separate room to be discussed.
Common questions address the roof type, timing, colour and the difference between restoring and replacing. The website supports a customer comparing options without forcing every answer into the opening screen.
Keep the Sydney enquiry journey consistent
Service-area routes connect the catalogue to Sydney, while quote and phone choices provide the next step. The written-price message appears as part of the service presentation, close to the work it relates to.
The finished site gives the roofing range a clear hierarchy. It connects the visible problem, inspection process and type of work to a conversation about the property.
See our website design and development work for how we connect local service information with a clear route to an enquiry.
