The short list
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh built the Robust Cleaning website around the information a facilities customer needs to evaluate a cleaning service. Services, industries and local areas each have their own navigation, with checklist and pricing destinations available for a closer look at the scope.
The main message identifies Melbourne and connects the commercial offer to a local team. That location remains relevant when the customer reaches the enquiry form, which asks for the suburb or area and information about the site.
Offices, warehouses, medical facilities, gyms, schools and childcare are named services. The website also makes room for strata and common areas, carpets, windows, pressure washing and hospitality work. A customer can begin with the regular programme or a specialist task.
Industry navigation provides another route into the same business. It supports a visitor who knows the setting they manage before they know which cleaning service name to choose. The shared page structure keeps those routes connected.
The website presents reliability, tailored solutions, trained teams and accountability as its core service messages. Supporting copy discusses onboarding, supervision and a familiar team. The design’s role is to make those messages understandable alongside the actual service range.
Separate checklist and pricing pages give practical detail more room than the opening screen can provide. Visitors can review the scope and then return to the quote journey with a clearer description of their needs.
The quote prompt asks the visitor to describe the premises, not just leave a phone number. Contact information, suburb and site details provide context for the follow-up. A separate careers route keeps employment enquiries distinct from customer requests.
The completed website turns a broad commercial cleaning offer into a navigable set of service, setting and scope pages. It gives a facilities customer enough context to begin a relevant conversation without crowding every detail into the homepage.
Our website design and development work connects the service explanation with a useful next step. See marketing for cleaning businesses for the wider approach.
