The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Put the North Shore business on the page
RAKS Quality Plumbing’s website centres the local business: its North Shore service message, recognisable mark and photographs of the crew at work. SoudCoh developed a presentation that feels approachable while giving plumbing services, pricing information and enquiry options a clear structure. The opening message tells visitors what the team handles and where it works.
A recognisable identity with clear contact choices
The design pairs a warm, light background with a charcoal header, blue accents and red contact buttons. Large headings make the service promise easy to scan. The logo retains its own character, and the restrained page layout gives the brand space around it.
On desktop, a quote form sits alongside the introduction. It asks for the customer’s suburb, service and a brief description of the issue. A separate phone button gives someone with urgent plumbing a direct route to contact. Both choices remain part of the same service conversation.
Show the offer without losing the local character
The specials section combines a prominent introductory offer with a photograph of the RAKS team. Smaller cards organise other promotions beneath it, with conditions presented alongside the offers. This gives the business a place to explain its available promotions without forcing every detail into the opening headline.
Service and area navigation supports customers looking beyond an immediate call. Blocked drains, hot water, gas and burst pipes each raise different questions. The website provides a structure for that detail while keeping the North Shore identity visible throughout the journey.
Keep the phone within reach
The mobile layout brings the service message into one column and keeps a red call button close to the introduction. A fixed contact bar at the bottom provides another route to call as the visitor moves through the page. The main navigation folds into a compact menu.
