The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
A premium presentation for a Sydney plumbing business
Bayside Plumbing needed a campaign website that made the business feel established from the first visit. SoudCoh brought its navy and cyan identity into a spacious design, with a clear service promise, prominent contact options and room to show the people behind the work. The brief connected a premium appearance with a practical purpose: helping a customer choose their next step.
Make the first screen useful
The desktop layout places the service introduction beside a quote form. Visitors can understand the plumbing offer and leave their details without searching through the page. The form asks about their suburb and the work required, giving the enquiry more context than contact details alone.
A branded vehicle, crew photography and review information sit close to the main call button. Pale blue backgrounds give those elements space, while navy headings and a warm yellow quote button establish a clear order. The presentation feels considered, with the business identity carried through the smaller details.
Give each plumbing service a clear place
Further down, illustrated service cards separate blocked drains, hot water systems, emergency plumbing, gas fitting and leak detection. Pipe relining and CCTV drain inspection have their own entries. Short explanations help visitors recognise the service they need before opening a more detailed page.
This depth also gives advertising somewhere relevant to lead. A customer searching for hot water help can follow a service journey that answers that need. Navigation for areas, offers, reviews and frequently asked questions lets customers explore the business at their own pace.
Keep contact straightforward on a phone
On mobile, the introduction becomes a single column with a large call button, review information and photography. The service message remains readable without the desktop form competing beside it. This keeps the opening screen focused on the customer’s immediate decision.
