The short list
- Separate the system from the setting.
- Use the premises to explain the requirements.
- Give upgrades and repairs their own room.
The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
SoudCoh’s security website design for Nex Data serves Sydney. The build brings the service information, visual identity and enquiry journey together, with the page examples and design decisions explained below.
Separate the system from the setting
SoudCoh built Nex Data’s website with both service and industry routes. CCTV installation, residential systems, commercial systems, repairs and upgrades each have their own destination, while industry pages let the visitor begin with the premises they manage.
That dual structure supports a homeowner choosing a system and a business customer considering coverage across a larger site. Both can reach specific content without losing the shared enquiry journey.
Use the premises to explain the requirements
Retail, warehousing, construction, education, healthcare, hospitality, strata and offices appear in the industry catalogue. The content discusses the kinds of areas those sites need to consider, such as entries, stockrooms, loading areas and car parks.
The website’s role is to make the service conversation more concrete. It connects a security system to the layout and use of the premises instead of presenting equipment as a context-free product list.
Give upgrades and repairs their own room
Repair and upgrade pages serve customers who already have a system, while installation and camera-system pages support a new project. Packages and service-area information provide further ways to explore the offer.
These distinctions keep the catalogue useful at different stages of ownership. Someone diagnosing a problem and someone planning a new installation need different explanations before making contact.
Make the site survey the next step
The enquiry journey includes a free-site-survey request and direct contact choices. This connects the online information to a conversation about the actual property and requirements.
The completed website brings service, setting and local coverage together. It gives a Sydney customer a clear route from identifying the type of system or premises to describing the project.
