The design choices and customer journey behind this website.
Begin with the driver’s situation
SoudCoh built the Hybrid Claims website around the questions a Sydney driver may have after an accident. Replacement vehicles, claim management, repairs and legal consultation are separated into service routes, giving the business’s offer a clear structure.
The site’s callback journey starts with the customer’s circumstances rather than asking them to choose a technical claims product. That approach makes the first contact easier to describe in ordinary terms.
Ask for the information that changes the conversation
The form asks whether the visitor believes they were at fault, is unsure, or was at fault. It also asks whether the vehicle is drivable and provides space to describe what happened.
These fields make the request more useful than a name and number alone. They give the team context about the incident and the immediate vehicle need before the callback.
Explain the different parts of the service
Replacement hire cars, claim handling, vehicle repairs and consultation have their own destinations. A visitor can read about one part of the offer without losing the wider process.
The site then presents a sequence from calling the team through the replacement-vehicle and repair discussion. Its role is to explain what the business offers and how the customer begins, with the relevant terms remaining part of the service information.
Keep the next step consistent
Phone and callback choices are available across the website. About and contact content support customers who want to learn more about the business before sharing their details.
The completed site turns a potentially unfamiliar service into a set of recognisable topics and a focused first request. It keeps the driver’s situation, the vehicle condition and the contact choice together.
